Technique 1: Full yogic breath (lying down)
Focus on first filling the abdomen fully, then gradually fill the chest right up to the collar bones.
Then, as you exhale, let the upper chest drop first and then empty the lungs, with abdomen emptying last.
When done lying down, this can be used as an adjunct to relaxation.
Technique 2: Full yogic breath in sitting, and elementary Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing)
Only follow the video as a reference. Once you are familiar with the practice, use your own count and go at your own speed.
