In this class, you will learn powerful techniques that will help you:
connect with your inner source of power and resilience
develop and maintain a high level of energy throughout the day
boost your immune system
strengthen your core
balance the detrimental effects of sedentary lifestyle
remove the physiological causes of negative moods, stress and anxiety
stimulate metabolism and help with weight management
Suitable for all levels; however, there are a number of contraindications.

In this class, we will gradually develop in the hatha yogic techniques of:
dynamic asana specifically selected to increase core strength, remove blockages of vital energy, and stimulate circulation and oxygenation of the body
pranayama (techniques utilising breath) to purify the flows of energy throughout the body, and help remove toxins
shatkarma (cleansing practices) for the head and the abdomen
mudra & bandha (practices that help augment and preserve energy within the body)
You will also get guidance for diet and lifestyle adjustments, to ensure best results from your practice.
